The Society of Corporate Governance Professionals will be hosting its annual meeting and conference for the Southeastern chapter in Atlanta. The conference will feature an interview with WilmerHale Partner Meredith Cross and a variety of panels addressing topics such as disclosure and governance trends, subsidiary management and compliance and internal investigations and whistleblowers. In addition, Partner Joel Green will participate in a panel titled "Internal Investigations and Handling a Potential Whistleblower."
