The residential mortgage market, with more than $10 trillion in outstanding loans, is in a period of unprecedented upheaval. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has estimated that losses directly related to the subprime meltdowns will exceed $975 billion. Regulators, enforcement agencies and private litigants have responded with hundreds of investigations and lawsuits. This seminar, presented by PLI, will provide practice tips that attorneys need to know to navigate the myriad issues that have emerged.

WilmerHale partner Russell J. Bruemmer will be a featured speaker at this seminar. Mr. Bruemmer will be a moderator on two panels entitled, "Regulators Update: Subprime Crisis and Regulatory Response" and "Future of Mortgage Financing".
