With the recent filing of the Twitter IPO, the IPO market is as hot as ever. Given the uptick in activity, this program is extremely timely. In almost any market, however, understanding the IPO process is an essential skill for both legal and business advisors. An experienced faculty, including attorneys, underwriters and members of the Securities and Exchange Commission staff, will analyze the nuts and bolts of an initial public offering. Hear from issuers (either domestic or foreign), underwriters, their respective counsel and the SEC.
