The IP Counsel Café presented a two-day event titled "Pressured to Monetize: Are We all Becoming Patent Trolls?" which included topics on patent transactions and infringement verdicts that have become mainstream news.
WilmerHale Partner Joseph Haag was a member of the panel discussing "Strategies for Post-Grant Review Under the AIA." The AIA has created various post-grant proceedings, including post- grant review and inter partes review, which replaced inter partes reexamination.
