Partners Stephanie Liston, David Byrne and Thomas Mueller were featured speakers at the International Bar Association's annual conference. This five-day event includes over 100 working sessions as well as several showcase sessions, combining the practice-specific with the wider issues affecting the profession.
David Byrne presented a discussion entitled "Anthrax, SARS and Bioweaponry: Is Globalisation Bad for Your Health?" Thomas Mueller gave a presentation entitled "Getting Serious about Evidence: A Transatlantic Perspective on the Role of Courts and the Standards of Judicial Review."
