WilmerHale Partner Harry J. Weiss, will be speaking at this event co-sponsored by the Executive Enterprise Institute (EEI) and Practising Law Institute. The program will provide in-house counsel, outside corporate counsel, internal auditors and compliance officers with insight and practical advice from government prosecutors and regulators, in-house counsel and defense counsel on how to effectively counsel clients or a company regarding internal investigations. Mr. Weiss will participate in a session entitled "Privilege and Cooperation."
