Partner David Ogden will be a featured panelist at this event presented by the District of Columbia Bar Association Section of International Law. This panel discussion will cover the ways in which recent problems with rule of law in Latin America are having a very real impact on US businesses. The program will also discuss efforts to strengthen rule of law in Latin America, as well as steps that US businesses can take in the meantime to protect themselves from the long arm of judicial corruption.
