WilmerHale Partner Benjamin Powell will be speaking at Columbia Law School about current issues in national security, intelligence and surveillance law. In a conversation moderated by Professor Matthew Waxman, Mr. Powell will address controversies ranging from disclosures of national security information to congressional oversight of and efforts to reform surveillance activities. Mr. Powell will also provide unique insight into these issues from his extensive experience inside and outside government.
