WilmerHale senior associate Henry Gu will participate as a panelist at this program, which will cover issues involved with representing US companies in their dealings with China.The topics will include options for setting up operations in China, unique transactional issues, intellectual property, antitrust issues, and corporate/cultural considerations in doing business in and with China. Panelists will also discuss the unique issues involved in representing Chinese companies in the United States.
