This Meeting, presented by the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, will give attendees the opportunity to hear about the latest developments both here and abroad. This Spring meeting will provide answers to questions raised by a new administration, the economic uncertainty, and new or revised competition laws in many countries. Competition concerns of all types will be addressed--Cartels, mergers, dominance, counseling, litigation skills and issues, intellectual property interface, privacy, and consumer protection.
