In the past year, some of the most wide-reaching changes in the patent system have been made in Congress, in the Supreme Court and in the Federal Circuit. This program will address the impact of those changes on patent litigation practices, particularly as they relate to two of the major industries in the New England area, namely, biotechnology and the electronics/software industries. In addition, an outstanding panel of Inside Counsel from the biotech, electronics and medical products industries will tell us what they like and don’t like in connection with their dealings with Outside Counsel.
