The American Bar Association presented its 2009 annual meeting where attendees had the opportunity to network with lawyersand judges from around the world and visit the world’s largest legal EXPO, as well as take part in discussions covering a wide range of topics relevant to the legal profession.
WilmerHale partner Thomas White was a session chair of this event and also moderated a session entitled "Stress Test: The Impact of the Financial Crisis on Mark-to-Market and Other Critical Accounting Policies Affecting Financial and Other Companies."
