This brown bag program will feature Acting Chairman of the CFTC Mark Wetjen, who will discuss the CFTC's initiatives regarding the extraterritorial treatment of swaps. WilmerHale Partners Paul Architzel, former chief counsel of the Division of Economic Analysis (now the Division of Market Oversight of the CFTC), and Dan Berkovitz, former general counsel of the CFTC, will moderate this discussion.
