This event is a one hour interactive discussion with Professor Gary Born, Chair of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr's International Arbitration Practice Group, as he discusses his novel proposal for a Bilateral Arbitration Treaty, under which two states agree that particular classes of disputes between their nationals shall by default be resolved by international commercial arbitration.
