SOAS Arbitration in Africa Conference

Steven Finizio will co-host the Ninth SOAS Arbitration in Africa Annual Conference, which will focus on the arbitral procedure. The conference will examine practices in relation to preliminary meeting/CMC; effective procedural order no 1, issues around witness examination; deliberation of the tribunal, and drafting the award.
