Coffee & Conversation: Investor-State Dispute Settlement and the Right To Regulate

WilmerHale Special Counsel Lauren Mandell will participate in a panel discussion focused on reform of the investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) system as part of Georgetown University’s 2023 Global Trade Academy. In the session, “Coffee & Conversation: Investor-State Dispute Settlement and the Right To Regulate,” Mr. Mandell and a panel consisting of industry experts will explore whether (and if so, how) ISDS reforms might better protect states’ right to regulate.
