The Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA) is hosting its annual, flagship Bench & Bar Conference this year from June 15-18, 2022.
Our Partner Tim Syrett will be co-moderating a panel on Standard Essential Patents. The panel will be addressing the rules that apply to SEPs, the manner in which they are licensed, the way they are litigated in the U.S. and oftentimes in multi-forum disputes internationally, as well as their practical industry implications.
