The negotiation of agreements is an essential part of most lawyers' practice, especially for those working in the field of dispute settlement.
As DIS40 Regional Representative, Senior Associate Nadja Al Kanawati will host a Negotiation Workshop with Mihael Jeklic, Lecturer (Assistant Professor) and Director of Professional Skills at Dickson Poon School of Law at King's College. During the workshop, participants from the London international arbitration community will learn some basics about negotiation strategies and have the opportunity to put their skills to the test in practical exercises.
