ICDR Y&I Online Debate–Virtual Hearings and Cybersecurity in International Arbitration

The teams will debate the following topics and will be required to take extreme positions which are not necessarily reflective of their personal views. Debate proposition 1: Virtual hearings should remain the exception rather than the norm. Debate proposition 2: Arbitral institutions must do more to address cybersecurity risks in international arbitration.
