As businesses prepare to resume operations, employers face challenges complying with workplace health and safety guidelines. In this webinar, we will cover the legal, clinical and practical guidance for reopening in a responsible manner in this uncertain time.
This webinar will feature a cross-disciplinary panel, including Peggy Otum, a partner at WilmerHale who focuses her practice on complex environmental, health and safety matters, as well as crisis management, including OSHA compliance and enforcement defense; Dr. James Merlino, Chief Clinical Transformation Officer, who oversees the patient experience and enterprise quality and safety at the Cleveland Clinic; and Dr. Richard Waldhorn, a Contributing Scholar at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security and a Clinical Professor of Medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine.
