The US Chamber of Commerce, NAM, USCIB and WilmerHale are gathering interested members to discuss global developments regarding bilateral investment treaties, investment obligations in Free Trade Agreements and ISDS. In this meeting, speakers will also discuss Europe’s efforts to develop an international court system and those efforts within UNCITRAL.
