Matthew F. Ferraro will speak to the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Law and National Security about disinformation and deepfakes. He will discuss contemporary examples of disinformation and manipulated media harming businesses, the various threat actors targeting companies, potential actions businesses can take in response to the threats, and the legal implications of this new issue.
