Protecting Your Company From Bribery and Corruption – A Primer on the FCPA

This program will focus on recent developments relating to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), corruption risks facing companies in today’s regulatory environment, and key elements of an effective anti-corruption compliance program.

WilmerHale has been accredited by the New York State and California State Continuing Legal Education Boards as a provider of continuing legal education. This program is being planned with the intention to offer CLE credit in California and non-transitional CLE credit in New York. This program, therefore, is being planned with the intention to offer CLE for experienced New York attorneys only. Attorneys in England and Wales may also claim unaccredited CPD credit for attending this program. WilmerHale is not an accredited provider of Pennsylvania CLE, but we will apply for Pennsylvania CLE if requested. The type and amount of credit awarded will be determined solely by Pennsylvania’s State CLE Board. New Jersey will grant reciprocal credit for programs that are approved in other jurisdictions. Attendees requesting CLE credit must attend the entire program.
