Speakers will discuss contaminants of concern, detected occurrences in Massachusetts and the regulatory framework being constructed to address them across the country. Experiences from recent litigation involving public water systems and contaminated sites in Massachusetts, as well as licensed site professional perspectives on PFAS site management will also be presented. The current state of regulatory proposals for reportable concentrations from MassDEP will also be discussed.
