Hear from four panels of practice area leaders on a variety of current topics including congressional and other special investigations, the investigation and prosecution of whistleblowers, the coordination of parallel civil and criminal enforcement proceedings, and the increase in multi-jurisdictional enforcement in FCPA investigations. There also will be a special presentation by the Hon. Kenneth W. Starr, former United States Solicitor General.
