Following its Essentials Express Conference, the Eastern New England Chapter of the Society of Corporate Governance Professionals will host its Annual Conference in Boston on November 1. The Annual Conference will feature an SEC Update with two former Directors of the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance. WilmerHale Partner Meredith Cross and Ropes and Gray's Securities & Governance Practice Chair Keith Higgins will share their thoughts on the latest SEC developments and rulemaking activities and their insights into how companies can improve their disclosures and work effectively with the SEC staff. Partner Jonathan Wolfman will also be a speaker at this event.
