During the event, participants learned about regulatory developments and FINRA priorities, and gained practical guidance on compliance issues. WilmerHale Partners Elizabeth Mitchell and Stephanie Nicolas were featured panelists at this event. Mitchell spoke on the topic “Ethics and Professional Responsibility for Securities Attorneys” and Nicolas spoke on the topic "Communications with the Public: Issues and Trends."
