Zachary Halpern represents clients facing complex litigation and government investigations.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Halpern was an intern for The Honorable Nathaniel M. Gorton of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. As a judicial intern, Mr. Halpern prepared daily bench memoranda, conducted legal research and authored draft decisions on a variety of pressing issues. While in law school, Mr. Halpern was a fellow at The Clough Center for the Study of Constitutional Democracy and served on the Executive Board of the Boston College Law Review. Before attending law school, he was a consultant for two international consulting firms where he worked with state and federal agencies to develop and implement a variety of technology and communications solutions.
