Zachary Enos represents clients in complex litigation, with a particular emphasis on commercial and government-facing litigation matters. Mr. Enos also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on anti-discrimination and First Amendment litigation in a variety of trial and appellate courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Enos was a law clerk for the Honorable Carl Nichols for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and the Honorable Stephanos Bibas for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Timothy Kelly for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Previously, Mr. Enos served as a summer associate with other law firms and worked as a legislative assistant on Capitol Hill. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Enos served as the assistant director of communications for Becket Law and as a marketing and sales manager for 9Lenses, a business intelligence platform.
