William Hall is a corporate lawyer with experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Hall was a corporate associate at another firm, where he primarily represented companies and financial institutions in connection with capital market transactions, debt financings, securitization facilities and corporate governance matters. Mr. Hall also clerked for the Honorable Jeffrey S. Sutton of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
