William Chorba focuses his practice on complex securities enforcement matters and investigations. He represents clients in the United States and abroad in actions and investigations by the US Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, the Environmental Protection Agency and other law enforcement authorities. Mr. Chorba also conducts internal reviews and investigations into allegations of misconduct.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chorba was a summer associate, associate and managing associate at another firm where he was a part of the White Collar: Government Litigations and Investigations practice group. He was also a clerk for another firm and a judicial intern for The Chambers of the Honorable R. Brooke Jackson of the US District Court of Colorado.

Mr. Chorba earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a member of the Criminal Appellate Clinic and the Innocence Clinic. He received a BS in Psychology from Georgetown University.
