William Heidepriem-Baird focuses his practice on securities investigations and enforcement matters. He has represented clients in white collar defense and complex commercial litigation cases, as well as government investigations conducted by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). He has also advised clients on anti-money laundering compliance under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Heidepriem-Baird worked as a managing associate at a global law firm in Washington DC. After completing law school, he also served as a law clerk to Judge Andrew Brasher for the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the US District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
