Will Harris counsels clients on a wide range of disputes and investigations matters including complex securities, corporate governance and compliance issues. During law school, Mr. Harris interned for Chief Judge Glenn T. Suddaby of the US District Court for the Northern District of New York. Before attending law school, Mr. Harris worked as a paralegal specialist in the Criminal Section of the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division.
