Tolu Ojuola focuses her practice on matters related to data privacy, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. She joined WilmerHale as an associate in 2024.

Prior to her time at WilmerHale, Ms. Ojuola was a summer law clerk for the Privacy & Cybersecurity Group of an international law firm in Washington DC, where she analyzed privacy and cybersecurity issues in corporate deals, privacy policies, vendor agreements and AI-based systems. Additionally, she worked as a Global Privacy Data Security legal intern for The Walt Disney Company, where she researched privacy and statutes in the United States, European Union and Latin America.
