Tingting Zhang is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. She joined WilmerHale in 2023.

Ms. Zhang worked as a tax associate for multiple accounting firms before pursuing a legal degree, building a niche strength in international and multi-state tax planning and compliance. While earning her law degree, Ms. Zhang completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Roberta S. Hayashi of the Superior Court of California for the County of Santa Clara, where she conducted legal research on employment law, partnership dissolution and complex construction cases.
