Suchinder Kalyan focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. 

Mr. Kalyan joined WilmerHale in 2023 as a summer associate and previously had a career as a STEM teacher and speech and debate coach. As a summer associate, Mr. Kalyan researched intellectual property issues and worked on challenges to patents held by non-practicing entities.

During law school, Mr. Kalyan was a clerk at multiple firms where he worked across litigation practice groups, including intellectual property, antitrust, general liability and environmental regulation. He was also the president of the Colorado Trial team, where he helped his team qualify for the 2023 American Association for Justice Mock Trial National Finals.
