Sofia Schonenberg is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. Ms. Schonenberg was previously a summer associate at the firm.

Before rejoining, Ms. Schonenberg was a legal intern with Intuit as part of the Law in Technology Diversity Collaborative. Ms. Schonenberg previously worked as an Account Risk Management Analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in the Markets Group.
