Simona Altshuler focuses her practice on complex tax matters, including taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, financings, investments, joint ventures and restructurings.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Altshuler was a tax associate at another law firm in Boston, where she advised clients on tax and transactional matters across a broad range of industries. She previously worked at a Big 4 firm, where she also advised on tax matters.
