Simon J. Williams

Senior Associate

Simon Williams focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. Before joining the firm, he was a litigation associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York and clerked for the Honorable Kimba M. Wood of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Williams received his JD magna cum laude from the New York University School of Law, where he was a member of Order of the Coif, served as Senior Articles Editor of the New York University Law Review, and received the Vanderbilt Medal for Outstanding Contributions to the School of Law. Before law school, Mr. Williams earned a BA from Harvard University and MPhil and DPhil degrees from the University of Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. Mr. Williams was also a pre- and post-doctoral fellow at the Israel Institute, where his research focused on contemporary Arabic and Hebrew literature.
