Sharon Kelleher Hogue represents clients in complex commercial and public interest litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Hogue also maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on immigration, reproductive rights, and civil rights work.  

In 2023, Ms. Hogue served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. There she represented state agencies and employees in defensive civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hogue clerked for the Honorable Richard Palmer of the Connecticut Supreme Court.

During law school, Ms. Hogue was a judicial intern for the Honorable Allison Burroughs of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts and a legal intern in the Consumer Protection Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. She conducted research with Professor Alex Whiting regarding the law of evidence and with Professor Scott Westfahl regarding legal innovation and teams.
