Samuel Weitzman focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. Prior to rejoining the firm, Mr. Weitzman clerked for the Honorable Jennifer L. Rochon of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Harris L Hartz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale. While in law school, he was a judicial extern to the Honorable George B. Daniels of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He also interned with a legal services organization for housing and community justice in Brooklyn, New York.
