Samuel Goldsmith is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional and corporate law matters. He joined WilmerHale in 2022.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldsmith was a transactional summer associate at another global law firm. Prior to attending law school, he worked for the economic consulting firm Analysis Group, where he focused on antitrust litigation and investigations.
