Rory McLeod is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. Mr. McLeod has advised clients on commercial and investment arbitrations under a variety of rules, including the ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC and LCIA rules, and across a range of industries. He has particular experience with disputes relating to Latin America and India.

Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. McLeod served as a trade lawyer at the UK Department for Business and Trade (formerly the Department for International Trade) focusing on a number of areas including public international law, WTO law and free trade agreements. Prior to this, he worked in the international arbitration team of a leading international law firm in London and Washington DC.
