Rishita Apsani is a litigation senior associate who represents clients in a wide variety of complex litigation matters. She has experience representing leading technology innovators and media companies on First Amendment and Communications Decency Act matters. She also regularly conducts internal investigations and provides strategic counseling for companies and educational institutions on anti-discrimination matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Apsani served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lorna G. Schofield of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. While in law school, Ms. Apsani was a graduate student researcher for Professors Russel Robinson and Joy Milligan, a teaching assistant for a Law and Public Policy seminar, and a Board Member for the Family Violence Appellate Project in California. Before attending law school, Ms. Apsani worked as a research assistant at The Azad Foundation, a women’s rights organization in India, and at the Columbia University Middle East Research Center in Jordan.
