Reshma Lutfeali advises banks, exchanges, broker-dealers and other financial institutions, including financial technology companies, on a broad range of regulatory compliance and enforcement matters. She has counseled clients on an array of issues including complex transactions; the development, implementation and reporting of remediation plans in response to formal and informal enforcement activity; and digital asset regulatory considerations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lutfeali was an associate at another firm, where she focused on providing regulatory advice to financial institution clients.  Before law school, Ms. Lutfeali worked in life sciences consulting.
