Rebecca M. Scaife represents clients in government investigations, internal investigations, and a wide variety of complex litigation matters. She provides strategic counsel to clients responding to high-profile corporate crises and advises on government investigations and congressional oversight. She also conducted racial equity and civil rights audits for companies across a range of industries and has significant experience conducting sensitive internal investigations following reported allegations of sexual misconduct, harassment, and discrimination. Her litigation practice focuses on representing companies in government regulatory matters and commercial matters at various stages of litigation. Prior to rejoining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nina Morrison of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

While in law school, Ms. Scaife was an legal research and education policy extern for the Urban Institute. Prior to law school, Ms. Scaife taught second grade in DC with Teach for America.

Ms. Scaife maintains an active pro bono practice.
