Rebecca Cai focuses her practice on complex litigation. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2022. 

During law school, Ms. Cai served as a student advocate with both the International Human Rights Law Clinic and the International Refugee Assistance Project. She was also a judicial extern for the Hon. Lori E. Pegg at the Santa Clara County Superior Court in San Jose, California. Ms. Cai has held internships and research positions in Japan and Indonesia.
