Ramona Keist is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. Ms. Keist has advised on and represented clients in complex commercial arbitrations under a variety of rules (including the ICC and Swiss rules) and across a wide range of industries, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and construction. Ms. Keist also has experience in commercial litigation and enforcement proceedings before Swiss courts. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Keist was an associate in the dispute resolution practice of a leading Swiss law firm.
