Pooja Sudarshan is a member of the Corporate Practice, where she focuses on emerging companies and venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. She represents startups, high-growth, and public companies, venture capital funds and other investors in the life sciences and technology industries. Ms. Sudarshan helps clients navigate the complex issues that arise during the corporate lifecycle from early stages to exit, including fundraising strategies, board and governance issues, strategic and exit transactions, including public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sudarshan was as an associate at another international law firm where her practice focused on emerging companies and venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. She has also worked in-house at a Canadian investment firm, where she worked with the firm’s portfolio companies on mergers and acquisition transactions. Ms. Sudarshan started her career as an associate in the regulatory team at PricewaterhouseCoopers India.
