Patrick Nyman, PhD
Associate
Patrick Nyman is an associate who represents clients in strategic counseling, litigation, prosecution and IP acquisitions. Dr. Nyman has worked with clients in developing strategic positions by assessing pre-litigation posture, analyzing FTO and patentability and assessing patent portfolios. He also advises clients on IP policy issues and the business implications of proposed changes in the law.
Prior to attending Georgetown University Law Center, Dr. Nyman earned his PhD at the McArdle Laboratory for Cancer Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
